Stage 1 - Briefing - Complete
• Discuss client idea.
• Brief received.
• Survey existing property – to be provided by client
Stage 2 & 3 - Design and Planning - £600
• Draw up existing plans and elevations
• Develop design options and discuss options with yourself
• Make design amendments as reasonably required
Stage 4 & 5 - Technical Design (Building Regs drawings) - £800
• Develop technical drawings for purposes of Building Notice
• Provide u valuation calculations
• Coordinate with structural information
• Provide any further architectural information reasonably required by Building Control
• Answer reasonable site queries through the course of the build
